Below are our policies by Programs.

PARTIES AND EVENTS

Parent/Guardian responsible for party should arrive 15 minutes early to review rules and procedures.
Parties are 2 hours.The last ½ hour is open gym, no guests can be in the party area during this time as it will be cleaned for the next party.
NO child may participate without a signed waiver by his or her own guardian.
Birthday parties must be paid in full and a credit card is required to be on file at the time of booking.
Birthday parties are non-refundable. There is a $50 charge to reschedule.
A confirmation call will be made the week prior to your party to confirm your party, head count, purchase additional guests, and answer any questions.
No refund If you have fewer guests attend the party than your confirmed number of guests.
In the event that you have more quests attend the party than your confirmed package you will be charged $15 for each additional guest. Additional guest must be purchase in advance
Children ages 1-17 are included in the guest count.
Parents are permitted on the gym floor but must sign a waiver.
Parties end promptly 2 hours after the party starts, a 5 minute grace period is allowed, after this a $20 late fee will be applied.
The final party balance, if any will be billed on the first business day after your party date.

Trial Class or Drop In Class is $20 (which will be applied to annual reg. fee upon sign up)
1 Hour Open Gym – $8
2 Hour Open Gym – $15

Pay 3 months in advance for 5% off
Pay 6 months in advance for 10% off
Tuition for each month is charged on the 1st of each month.

You will be continuously enrolled in our program that has monthly installment billing until you drop enrollment.
The Drop Form is available upon request at the front desk.
If you choose to drop for the upcoming month, you MUST submit the drop form to the front desk 10 days before end of the month
We do not issue a credit if you drop earlier in the month and there are classes remaining.
