NORCAL ELITE IS THE PLACE FOR A FUN & MEMORABLE EVENT

2 hours exclusive use of our climate controlled facility and 1-1/2 hour in the upstairs party area. Your guests will enjoy gymnastic activities, Zip Line, Bounce House, 50′ tumble track. From trampolines to obstacle course, balance beams, rope climbing, foam pit, and more.

Accommodations

  • Party area which includes a refrigerator, sink, and counter space to use if needed.
  • 3 Picnic tables and 2 folding tables (more available upon request)
  • You may bring your own food and non alcoholic beverages into the facility.
  • Party Host to help clean up, and carry out of items.
  • Outside entertainment welcomed upon approval such as clowns, reptiles, caricature artists or face painting.
  • The birthday child and adult guests are free.
  • A staff member is available to answer any questions and clean-up.

PARTY AND EVENT POLICIES

  • Parent/Guardian responsible for party should arrive 15 minutes early to review rules and procedures.
  • Parties are 2 hours.The last ½ hour is open gym, no guests can be in the party area during this time as it will be cleaned for the next party.
  • NO child may participate without a signed waiver by his or her own guardian.
  • Birthday parties must be paid in full and a credit card is required to be on file at the time of booking.
  • Birthday parties are non-refundable. There is a $50 charge to reschedule.
  • A confirmation call will be made the week prior to your party to confirm your party, head count and answer any questions.
  • If you have fewer guests attend the party than your confirmed package there is no refund.
  • In the event that you have more quests attend the party than your confirmed package you will be charged $10 for each additional guest.
  • Children ages 1-17 are included in the guest count.
  • Parents are permitted on the gym floor but must sign a waiver.
  • Parties end promptly 2 hours after the party starts, a 5 minute grace period is allowed, after this a $20 late fee will be applied.
  • The final party balance, if any will be billed on the first business day after your party date.
